Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with any original tags still attached where applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. Any signs of use, wear, washing, or damage not caused by a defect or an error on our part may result in the return being rejected.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@charlottepeart.com. Please include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or invoice.

If your return is approved, we will provide clear instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team, which may be an international return warehouse in Asia. Returns sent to us without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and any related return costs for returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, incorrect size, exchange, or if the item is no longer wanted. The customer is also responsible for keeping proof of return.

Return shipping costs will not be charged if the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item, defective item, damaged item, or the wrong variant being sent.

Please note that delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products from a bundle may not be returned separately unless approved by us.

Damages and issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item/variant , contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it.

For visible damage on arrival or issues with an incorrect item, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

UK and European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As noted above, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method usually within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
