Where are the products located and where are they shipped from?

Some of our products are shipped from the Netherlands, while others are shipped from China. The warehouse from which we ship your products may vary based on stock levels and demand. For complete transparency: our products are not manufactured in the Netherlands, but generally in China. This ensures that you receive the best products at the best possible prices.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes/cancellations must be requested within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this time, orders are automatically processed in our system and requests made after this time will be refused. Your order can be returned after receipt for a full refund.

What are your delivery times?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 6–12 business days.

How long do I have to return a product?

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.
